You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
To purchase NFTs, you must connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
Payments are made in USDC on the Base L2 network. Prices are displayed in USD equivalent. Transaction gas fees are your responsibility.
When you purchase a MARNYL NFT, you own the token on the blockchain. You may transfer, sell, or trade your NFT on compatible marketplaces. The underlying smart contract enforces a 10% royalty on secondary sales.
The MARNYL brand, website design, smart contract code, and on-chain artwork are the intellectual property of MARNYL. Owning an NFT grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the associated artwork.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
MARNYL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, wallet compromise, or smart contract vulnerabilities.
